Rosenthal The Collector Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from premium vineyards across Great Southern in Western Australia. It represents the top tier of Rosenthal Cabernet.

The fruit undergoes 1-2 weeks of cold soaking followed by open fermentation. After an extended period resting on skins, the wine is transferred to French oak to mature for 18 months. Around half the barrels are new.

Deep crimson purple, Rosenthal The Collector Cabernet Sauvignon has juicy berry and earthy notes supported by fine tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
