Single Site Riesling

Rockcliffe Single Site Riesling draws from a single vineyard in the Great Southern region, carefully handpicked to preserve the variety's delicate flavours and aromas.

The fruit is whole bunch pressed to avoid extracting characters that can overpower the wine. The juice is cold settled, racked and left to ferment with a neutral yeast strain at 15°C. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is fined and bottled.

Pale straw, Rockcliffe Single Site Riesling has a delicate chalky texture with lime and green apple flavours and a crisp mineral backbone. Cellaring potential is eight years.
