Pauletts Polish Hill River Riesling is a single vineyard, limited release wine. The Polish Hill River district of the Clare Valley has the ideal climate for premium grape growing.

Pauletts Riesling vines are not irrigated, which means they must struggle a little to find moisture in the soils. This results in lower yields of higher quality fruit. The juice is cold settled until clear. It then undergoes a slow fermentation.

Pale straw green, Pauletts Polish Hill River Riesling has lemon and lime flavours with flinty minerality and a clean, crisp finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
