Antonina Riesling
Wine
Pauletts Antonina Riesling is named after the daughter of the first Polish settler to the Paulett property in Polish Hill River, Clare Valley.
The grapes are grown on a patch that runs adjacent to the winery's premium Andreas Shiraz block. The best parcels of Riesling are carefully selected and picked at the coolest time of the day.
The fruit is destemmed and drained, with only the finest juice taken for fermentation. It ferments slowly over three weeks with selected yeasts.
Brilliant straw green, Pauletts Antonina Riesling has bright citrus flavours with a lingering backbone of acidity. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
