Karriview Vineyard Chardonnay

Paul Nelson Wines Karriview Vineyard Chardonnay draws from some of the oldest Chardonnay vines in Denmark, Western Australia. They grow on karri loam and dolerite slopes.

The fruit is handpicked and whole berry pressed. The juice is then sent to new French oak for wild yeast fermentation and around eight months of maturation on lees. The wine sees some malolactic fermentation.

Pale straw, Paul Nelson Wines Karriview Vineyard Chardonnay has rich fruit flavours with natural mineral acidity, toasty oak and a long finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
