Eden Valley Riesling

Mountadam Eden Valley Riesling is crafted from vines planted in 1968 on the winery's western vineyard in High Eden. The fruit is harvested in the cool of an autumn morning.

The grapes are tipped directly into the press and only the free run juice is collected. Fermentation takes place with a specific strain of yeast. The wine sees only minimal fining and filtration in preparation for bottling.

Pale green, Mountadam Eden Valley Riesling has lifted floral aromas with clean, crisp citrus flavours and delicate minerality. Cellaring potential is seven years.
