Wine
Lane's End Rosé is made with estate grown Pinot Noir situated high on the southern slopes of the Great Dividing Range in central Victoria.
The winemaking philosophy is to use high quality fruit to produce wine with minimal intervention. After fermentation, the wine is kept on lees for six months to build texture before bottling.
Salmon in colour, Lane's End Rosé has a soft, savoury taste with a textured mouthfeel, fine tannins and cool climate acidity. A refreshing wine for warmer weather.
