Section 54 Shiraz
Wine
Lake Breeze Section 54 Shiraz is sourced from the old dry grown vines of the Follett family vineyard, located on the Bremer flood plain at Langhorne Creek.
Section 54 is the section number of the block of old vines planted around the Bernoota Homestead, built in the early 1930s on the Lake Breeze property.
This wine is made using a combination of old vine fruit and careful winemaking techniques. Maturation occurs over 15-18 months in French oak barrels.
Inky purple, Lake Breeze Section 54 Shiraz has dark fruit flavours, underlying spicy oak and a velvety texture. Cellaring potential is eight years.
