Higher Plane Reserve Chardonnay is made with Gin Gin clone Chardonnay fruit sourced from the estate vineyard in Forest Grove, Margaret River.

The fruit is selectively handpicked in small batches and gently whole bunch pressed directly to barrel, a mix of new and seasoned French oak. After wild yest fermentation, the wine matures over 10 months with some early lees stirring.

Deep yellow, Higher Plane Reserve Chardonnay has stone fruit, citrus and spice flavours with subtle complexity and long length. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
