Single Vineyard Palmers Lane Shiraz

Bimbadgen Single Vineyard Palmers Lane Shiraz is sourced from the top of the hill at Palmers Lane Vineyard. The old vine plantings grow in red volcanic soils, ideal for Shiraz.

The fruit is crushed to a stainless steel fermenter and inoculated with a neutral yeast strain. Regular pump overs during fermentation extract colour and tannins from the skins.

Once pressed, the wine is aged in new and seasoned French oak barrels over 12 months. Select barrels are chosen to comprise the final blend.

Beetroot red, Bimbadgen Single Vineyard Palmers Lane Shiraz has dark berry flavours framed by spice, savoury oak and long tannins. Cellaring potential is seven years.
