Redbrook Estate Shiraz

Evans & Tate Redbrook Estate Shiraz is primarily sourced from mature estate vineyards at Wilyabrup in Margaret River. A small parcel of fruit is from the more southern Karridale area.

The fruit is handpicked and cold soaked, then fermented with some whole bunch inclusion. Every few hours, the juice is racked and returned to gently extract colour and tannins from the skins.

The wine is gently pressed, and the free run and pressings fractions are blended. After 12 months ageing in new and seasoned French oak, the best barrels are selected to comprise the final blend.

Deep purple red, Evans & Tate Redbrook Estate Shiraz is medium bodied with vibrant fruit flavours at the forefront and long length. Cellaring potential is five years.
