Wine
Arlewood Estate La Bratta Bianco takes its name from a village in northern Italy, where winery owner Garry Gossatti's family were vignerons. All the fruit is estate grown at Forest Grove in Margaret River.
This wine is a blend of the best parcels of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and a splash of Chardonnay. Each variety is kept separate throughout the winemaking. There is partial barrel fermentation and extended time on lees prior to blending and bottling.
Pale straw, Arlewood Estate La Bratta Bianco is a dry, medium to full bodied wine with preserved citrus flavours, integrated acidity and a long, poised finish. Cellaring potential is seven years.
