Rosé
Wine
Pt. Leo Estate Rosé is typically comprised of Shiraz and Pinot Noir, both handpicked from the estate vineyards on the Mornington Peninsula.
Each variety is vinified separately. The fruit is gently whole bunch pressed to tank and settled for 48 hours. The clear juice is then transferred to another tank for fermentation with a neutral yeast.
Pale salmon, Pt. Leo Estate Rosé is all about fresh berry flavours with hints of spice playing in the background. Best enjoyed soon after release.
