Pt. Leo Estate Pinot Gris is from the estate vineyards on the south-eastern tip of the Mornington Peninsula, handpicked in several passes to build complexity in the wine.

The fruit is whole bunch pressed into a tank and settled for 48 hours. The clear juice is transferred to another tank and inoculated for fermentation with a yeast specially selected to enhance the aromas and flavours of the fruit.

Pale yellow, Pt. Leo Estate Pinot Gris has fleshy fruit flavours, a creamy quality, and soft, persistent acidity building to a taut finish. Cellaring potential is two years.
