Wine
Hahndorf Hill Rosé is made predominantly with Trollinger grapes, a German variety that was originally planted in Adelaide Hills in the early 1990s.
As well as Trollinger grapes, other selected red varieties such as Pinot Noir and Merlot are included in smaller proportions. The blending ratio varies each vintage. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks.
Vibrant pink, Hahndorf Hill Rosé is a light, fresh and dry wine with bright red berry flavours and a juicy finish. Cellaring potential is five years.
