Eden Valley Viognier
Wine
Tim Smith Wines Eden Valley Viognier is drawn from two vineyards in the Eden Valley. Located in the high country above the Barossa, the region is known for its cool climate.
The fruit is whole bunch pressed straight to barrels, mostly seasoned with a small proportion new. The juice ferments without inoculation and does not see malolactic fermentation. The wine is bottled after a short maturation on lees.
Bright straw, Tim Smith Wines Eden Valley Viognier has subtle flavours of yellow stone fruit with delicate spice and fresh acidity. Cellaring potential is three years.
