Barossa Shiraz
Wine
Tim Smith Barossa Shiraz draws from a myriad of vineyards across the Barossa Valley floor and higher into the Eden Valley. The different sites provide layers of flavour.
Following fermentation, the wine matures on lees in mostly French oak. The majority of the barrels are larger puncheons which allow the oak flavours to permeate the wine more slowly.
Dark red, Tim Smith Barossa Shiraz has plush dark fruit flavours with cedary oak, defined tannins and a long, clean finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
