Three Lions Riesling

Plantagenet Three Lions Riesling is grown in the Great Southern region of Western Australia. The fruit is machine harvested at night when it is at its coolest.

After gentle pressing and settling, the crystal clear portion of juice is racked to tank for a cool fermentation. A neutral yeast is used to capture the character of the vineyard. At dryness, the wine is racked from its lees and blended, fined, stabilized and bottled.

Light straw, Plantagenet Three Lions Riesling has focused citrus flavours with subtle spice and a long, racy acidity. Cellaring potential is seven years.
