Peninsula Shiraz
Wine
Paringa Estate Peninsula Shiraz is sourced from both the winery's leased vineyards and other carefully selected growers across the Mornington Peninsula.
The Shiraz berries are destemmed and co-fermented with a small portion of Viognier in two tonne open fermenters. The wine is then transferred to barrel for around 12 months of maturation.
Purple red, Paringa Estate Peninsula Shiraz is a cool climate Shiraz with black fruit flavours and fine grained tannins. Cellaring potential is seven years.
