Pride of Erin Reserve Riesling
Wine
Erin Eyes Pride of Erin Reserve Riesling, named after the famous Irish waltz, is sourced from a single vineyard between Sevenhill and Penwortham in the Clare Valley.
This wine is produced only in small batches. The fruit ferments in tank at cool temperatures. Post ferment, the wine is promptly removed from lees to ensure the pure fruit characters dance on the tongue.
Pale yellow, Erin Eyes Pride of Erin Reserve Riesling has tight natural acidity and citrus flavours softened by stone fruit hints. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
