Blarney Stone Shiraz
Wine
Erin Eyes Blarney Stone Shiraz is named after a famous block of limestone built into the battlements of Blarney Castle in Ireland. Local legend says that kissing the stone bestows the gift of eloquence.
The wine is made with a careful selection of Clare Valley fruit, and its winemaking is tailored to ensure it speaks eloquently of its origin. Produced in small batches, the wine matures in a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels.
Deep purple, Erin Eyes Blarney Stone Shiraz has Christmas pudding fruit and spice flavours with balanced oak tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
