Eldorado Road Luminoso Rosé is made predominantly with the Sicilian grape Nero d'Avola with small additions of Sangiovese, Dolcetto and a dash of Shiraz.

The grapes are picked early in the season to retain their natural acidity, the key to making a bright, fresh Rosé. The fruit is fermented cool in seasoned French oak barrels, then matured for 10 months on lees with regular stirring.

A coppery salmon, Eldorado Road Luminoso Rosé is dry and savoury, bright yet textural, with refreshing clean fruit character.

Its name Luminoso – Italian for 'bright' – is fitting. Cellaring potential is three years.
