Sparkling Shiraz

Campbells Sparkling Shiraz is predominantly Shiraz with small amounts of Ruby Cabernet (a hybrid of Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan), Tempranillo and Durif.
The base blend is aged in a combination of seasoned French and American oak for 12 months. It then undergoes méthode traditionnelle secondary fermentation in bottle.
The wine spends a year on yeast lees before it is disgorged. A small amount of vintage fortified wine is added to impart richness and complexity.
Deep burgundy, Campbells Sparkling Shiraz has intense plum fruit flavours with a crisp bead and a long, dry finish. Cellaring potential is two years.
