Rymill Coonawarra Classic Release Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in Coonawarra's pre-eminent terra rossa soils of red clay and fertile loam overlaying deep limestone.

Parcels of premium fruit are selected for fermentation. The wine is then aged in a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels for around 20 months before it is prepared for bottling.

Red purple, Rymill Coonawarra Classic Release Cabernet Sauvignon has dark fruit flavours with spice, textured tannins and length. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
