Ten Minutes by Tractor 10X Chardonnay is a distinctly regional expression of Chardonnay, sourced from estate managed vineyards across the Mornington Peninsula.

The grapes are handpicked and whole bunch pressed. The unsettled juice ferments with indigenous yeasts in small, predominantly seasoned French oak barrels. Partial malolactic fermentation follows.

The wine matures for at least eight months without lees stirring, maintaining the fresh, taut natural flavours. It is fined and filtered prior to bottling.

Straw green, Ten Minutes by Tractor 10X Chardonnay is fresh and complex, with citrus acidity and subtle oak. Cellaring potential is five years.
