Oakridge Vineyard Series Oakridge Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the grey alluvial loams of the north facing estate Oakridge Vineyard at Coldstream in the Yarra Valley.

The wine is made traditionally. The handpicked grapes are fermented on skins with twice daily pump overs for three weeks. Typically 15 months of maturation in French oak barrels follows.

Inky garnet, Oakridge Vineyard Series Oakridge Cabernet Sauvignon is medium bodied with dark fruit flavours and soft supple tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
