Curly Flat Pinot Gris is a small batch wine sourced from the cool climate estate vineyard in the Macedon Ranges. Pinot Gris makes up just five per cent of the estate plantings.

The handpicked grapes are fermented in stainless steel and in barrel, with the proportions dependant on vintage. The wine matures in seasoned French oak. Minimal intervention prevails at the winery.

Pale gold, Curly Flat Pinot Gris is ripe yet restrained with rich stone fruit flavours and glistening citrus acidity. Cellaring potential is five years.
