Paringa Estate Peninsula Pinot Noir is sourced from estate vineyards at Red Hill and several growers across the Mornington Peninsula.
The fruit is completely destemmed and placed into open fermenters, where it spends an average of 21 days on skins. Around 12 months of maturation takes place on lees in French oak barrels prior to bottling.
Crimson, Paringa Estate Peninsula Pinot Noir has briary fruit flavours and fine tannins. Cellaring potential is seven years.
