2014 Bin 138 Shiraz Mataro Grenache

Vintage reviews

A wonderful Barossa Valley counterpoint to the (highly regarded) blending of Shiraz with Cabernet Sauvignon… compliments of Grenache and Mataro.

Put simply – A very nice drink indeed! Uncomplicated. Real. By the glass? …Well, one at a time!

A blend of 64% Shiraz, 21% Grenache and 15% Mataro, the 2014 GSM Bin 138 (sourced exclusively from the Barossa Valley) offers a deep garnet-purple color and a beautiful perfume with fragrant floral and earth notes over a black cherry and preserved plums core.

Medium to full-bodied, rich, concentrated and with a firm structure, it has a muscular palate that finishes with lingering earthy notes.
