Streicker Bridgeland Block Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Streicker Bridgeland Block Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is sourced from the best blocks of the Bridgeland Vineyard at Karridale in southern Margaret River.

The blend contains two parts Sauvignon Blanc and one part Semillon, all handpicked.

The grapes are cold crushed and pressed, then the juice is cold settled. Racking leaves behind only the most delicate grape solids. Fermentation is in French oak barrels, one third new.

The wine is sulphured to prevent malolactic fermentation, preserving its fresh fruit aromas and acidity. It is then barrel aged for nine months with regular lees stirring.

Pale lemon, Streicker Bridgeland Block Sauvignon Blanc Semillon has crisp varietal flavours with natural acidity and French oak weight. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
