Finisterre Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon
Wine
Robert Oatley Finisterre Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from a single vineyard in Wilyabrup in Western Australia's Margaret River.
Its name derives from a Latin word meaning 'ends of the earth'.
Finisterre is a range of small parcel, single varietal, single region wines. The grapes are hand harvested, sorted and fermented without additions. The juice undergoes post-ferment maceration.
The wine matures in new and seasoned French oak for 18 months.
Dark red, Robert Oatley Finisterre Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon has layers of sweet dark fruit and a silky texture. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
