Yeringberg Yeringberg is a classic Bordeaux blend from the winery's estate vineyard at Coldstream in the Yarra Valley. The cool climate and silty clay soils with scattered buckshot gravel provide an ideal environment.

The wine is predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with small portions of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec. Each variety is handpicked as it ripens.

The fruit is destemmed and crushed. Fermentation takes place in small open tanks with regular hand plunging. The wine then matures in new and seasoned French oak for 21 months. It is racked 3-4 times during maturation.

Dark crimson, Yeringberg Yeringberg has a core of red and black fruits complemented by a forest-like freshness. It is restrained, deep and resonant with a seamless structure. Cellaring potential is 20 years.
