Larry Cherubino Wines Cherubino Pemberton Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from the estate's Channybearup Vineyard near Pemberton, planted between 1989 and 1998. The fruit is harvested in the cool of night.

The grapes are gently sorted so that only the finest are included. In the Bordeaux style, fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels with natural yeasts. Its long, cool ferment is followed by four months of barrel maturation.

Pale straw, Larry Cherubino Wines Cherubino Pemberton Sauvignon Blanc has layers of oak complexity. A long line of acidity provides length and finish. Cellaring potential is two years.
