Larry Cherubino Wines Cherubino Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from a north facing vineyard on lateritic, red loams at Wilyabrup in Margaret River.

The best parcels are handpicked, cooled overnight and hand sorted. Fermentation and maceration occur with limited pump overs. The wine is pressed to tank and settled for seven days prior to oak maturation.

Ruby red, Larry Cherubino Wines Cherubino Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon has rich dark berry flavours, subtle oak, spicy tannins and a long finish.

Cellaring potential is 12 years.
