Cherubino Frankland River Shiraz

Larry Cherubino Wines Cherubino Frankland River Shiraz is grown in the deep gravel soils of the estate's Riversdale Vineyard at Frankland River planted in 1997.

The fruit is hand harvested for transport to the winery, where it is cooled overnight and hand sorted. Fermentation and maceration occur over six weeks with minimal pump overs and temperatures kept at 12-27°C.

The wine is then pressed to tank and allowed to settle before maturation in oak. It develops in barrel for around a year prior to bottling.

Crimson red, Larry Cherubino Wines Cherubino Frankland River Shiraz has dark fruit flavours, earthy tannins and length. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
