Corryton Park Cabernet Sauvignon

Grant Burge Corryton Park Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from a vineyard at the southern end of the Barossa Valley. Near Mount Crawford it is one of the Barossa's higher and cooler sites.

The fruit is picked in small batches to reflect the site's distinct microclimates and clonal types. The parcels are crushed and fermented separately. The wine matures in French oak for at least 18 months.

Deep plum, Grant Burge Corryton Park Cabernet Sauvignon is richly perfumed with intense dark fruit flavours, refined tannins and a long finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
