Frankland Estate Riesling is a blend of two unique estate parcels, one from the winery's original 1988 plantings and the other from vines planted in 2006 on a high ironstone ridge.

After pressing the juice is left to settle in tank overnight. It ferments in stainless steel at a low temperature for 4-6 weeks. The wine is left on its fermentation lees until bottling.

Pale green yellow, Frankland Estate Riesling is crystalline, balancing pristine fruit flavours with a laser like acidity. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
