Dixon Pinot Noir
Wine
Bindi Dixon Pinot Noir is made with fruit grown in the winery's Original Vineyard (but not used in the premium wine) and the new Block K Vineyard planted in 2001.
Wild fermented, the fruit is destemmed and gently worked in small open vats with some whole bunches. The wine spends 11 months in new and seasoned French oak.
Deep crimson, Bindi Dixon Pinot Noir has dark fruit flavours, a spine of gently grippy tannins and a long finish. Cellaring potential is six years.
