Bec Hardy Wines Pertaringa Rifle & Hunt Cabernet Sauvignon is named after Pertaringa's location on the corner of Rifle Range and Hunt Roads in McLaren Vale.

The fruit is destemmed but not crushed for whole berry fermentation. After up to 10 days on skins, the wine is sent to a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels to mature for 20 months.
