G1-10 Chardonnay

Willow Bridge Estate G1-10 Chardonnay is sourced from the winery's hillside vineyard in the Ferguson Valley, Geographe, typically from the Victoria and Robba Blocks.

The wine uses a combination of handpicked, whole bunch pressed fruit and machine harvested fruit. The grapes undergo fermentation in French oak barrels with wild and cultured yeasts.

After fermentation the barrels are assessed for their fruit purity and lees complexity. This allows the winemaking to be specifically tailored to each parcel.

Pale straw, Willow Bridge G1-10 Chardonnay is full flavoured and textural, yet has fresh white stone fruit flavours and refined oak. Cellaring potential is seven years.
