Clem Blanc
Wine
Sinapius Clem Blanc is a field blend of estate grown Riesling, Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer and Chardonnay Musqué.
The varieties are all harvested at the same time and given at least 48 hours of skin contact before whole bunch pressing. They are then co-fermented with wild yeasts in oak, followed by around six months of maturation.
Golden yellow, Sinapius Clem Blanc is a highly aromatic wine with savoury and saline textures and subtle creaminess. Cellaring potential is two years.
