Sidewood Mappinga Fumé Blanc is made from selected Sauvignon Blanc vines at the estate Mappinga Road Vineyard in the cool climate Adelaide Hills.

The fruit is handpicked and pressed with just the free run juice used. The wine is wild yeast fermented in new and seasoned French oak. It has extended time on lees, maturing for eight months.

Light straw, Sidewood Mappinga Fumé Blanc has lifted aromatics, lively citrus fruit flavours and a clean finish. Cellaring potential is five years.
