Rolling Hills Chardonnay

Nannup Estate Rolling Hills Chardonnay is grown high on a ridge of the Blackwood River escarpment, overlooking the rolling hills of Nannup towards the Indian Ocean.

The grapes are chilled and pressed. The cold settled juice is then racked to French oak for fermentation. The barrels are stirring weekly until the desired texture is reached. After ageing for 10 months, the wine is blended, fined, filtered and bottled.

Pale straw, Nannup Estate Rolling Hills Chardonnay has fresh citrus and stone fruit flavours and textural oak complexity. Cellaring potential is five years.
