Rolling Hills Cabernet Sauvignon

Nannup Estate Rolling Hills Cabernet Sauvignon is grown high on the granite ridges of the Blackwood River escarpment, overlooking the coastal plain towards the Indian Ocean.

The fruit is picked at optimal ripeness, destemmed and crushed into stainless steel fermenters for fermentation. After pressing, the wine typically matures in French oak for 14-16 months. In some years, a splash of Merlot and Malbec complete the blend.

Dark plum red, Nannup Estate Rolling Hills Cabernet Sauvignon has savoury red fruit flavours guided by fine tannins to a long finish. Cellaring potential is five years.
