Millbrook Winery Regional Sauvignon Blanc is made from select parcels of Margaret River fruit, picked in the cool of night and transported to the winery in the Perth Hills.

The grapes are gently pressed, softly racked and fermented with an aromatic yeast strain to ensure freshness in the final wine. The wine undergoes membrane filtration prior to bottling.

A pale lemon hue, Millbrook Winery Regional Sauvignon Blanc reveals vibrant fruit flavours, racy acidity and a long, clean finish. Ideal for immediate drinking.
