Granite Hills Chardonnay is estate grown. It blends fruit from some of the oldest vines in the Macedon Ranges with fruit from new plantings of Bernard clone Chardonnay.

The fruit is handpicked, ensuring only the best grapes continue to the winery. Most of the juice is fermented in tank and softened through extended time on lees. A small barrel fermented portion completes the blend.

Bright green, Granite Hills Chardonnay is a zesty wine, clean and full flavoured in style with a soft textured finish. Cellaring potential is five years.
