Dominique Portet Fontaine Rosé is regarded as Australia's first true, and arguably most successful, Provence style dry Rosé. It is a blend of Shiraz with some Cabernet and a small amount of Merlot.

The handpicked fruit is gently crushed, pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness and accentuate the natural aromas. Regular lees stirring enhances the soft textures and adds complexity.

Light salmon pink, Dominique Portet Fontaine Rosé has ripe red fruit flavours, creamy mouthfeel and crunchy natural acidity. Made for immediate enjoyment.
