Riorret Lusatia Park Pinot Noir

De Bortoli Yarra Valley Riorret Lusatia Park Pinot Noir is grown in a celebrated 1985 planted vineyard at Woori Yallock, in the upper reaches of the Yarra Valley. It is made in only the best vintages.

The handpicked grapes wild ferment with both whole bunches and whole berries. The juice is racked to barrel to complete fermentation. The wine matures on lees in French oak for eight months.

Bright red, De Bortoli Yarra Valley Riorret Lusatia Park Pinot Noir is tightly structured, with red fruit flavours, fine tannins and textural complexity. Cellaring potential is six years.
