De Bortoli Yarra Valley Riorret Lusatia Park Chardonnay is grown in a north facing vineyard planted in 1985 at Woori Yallock, in the upper reaches of the Yarra Valley. It is made in only the best vintages.

The grapes are handpicked, chilled and whole bunch pressed. The juice is racked to barrel for wild yeast fermentation. After malolactic fermentation the wine matures on lees in French oak for nine months.

Pale green gold, De Bortoli Yarra Valley Riorret Lusatia Park Chardonnay has firm citrus flavours, tight mineral structure and a dry, briny finish. Cellaring potential is six years.
