Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Fermoy Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is drawn from the estate vineyard at Wilyabrup in Margaret River. The vines grow in rich, well drained, loamy soils.

The fruit is handpicked and transported to the winery right next door to the vineyard, where it is processed without delay. Post ferment the wine matures for 18 months in French oak barrels, two thirds new, from a selection of Bordeaux cooperages.

Deep garnet, Fermoy Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has rich dark fruit flavours, cedar oak spice and ripe tannins. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
